I called to the dentist, in person, after half of my tooth broke away. I explained to the receptionist I was going away in three days time. She was extremely helpful and booked me an appointment for the next day, with the therapist. She consulted with my usual dentist, who I’m due to see in two weeks time, and filled the tooth accordingly.

Short wait time. Dentist was excellent. I’m usually nervous when having dental treatment and he was patient and so efficient, I really didn’t feel anything.

I was completely put at ease
I have always been afraid of the dentist. On my last visit, I failed to have an X-ray done. This visit, I was completely put at ease with a new dentist, he was excellent as was the dental nurse.

Extremely grateful
Friendly welcome when I walked in, I didn’t expect to get a same day appointment but I did and extremely grateful, seen by Calum, who always puts you at eas,e and after an examination he told me my options, explaining fully what to expect and I have my next appointment early next month.
