Efficient, friendly and very helpful receptionist. My appointment was on time, Dr Alexandra was her usual wonderful self, she was realistic about what I can actually do at home and gave me credit for what I am doing, which I appreciated. Follow up appointment arranged, so all very seamless. Thank you all.

An awesome dentist
I've had a few teeth removed but never a tooth broken at the gum line. I couldn't see how the dentist was going to be able to remove it. By the time I got to my appointment I was quite anxious and when I saw a new, young dentist I was worried she wouldn't have the experience necessary to do the extraction. However, what an awesome dentist! She was very relaxed and assured me she knew what she was doing. I had an x-ray to begin with and she went through the results with me and gave me two options; I could leave it or remove it. I decided the latter was the best option; it would only have to come out eventually. After numbing-up and some pressure it was all over. I was surprised and delighted at how quick and uncomplicated the procedure was and apologised for not trusting her in the beginning! I would be happy to see her again and for the practice to make her a permanent dentist. You did a 1st rate job! Many thanks.
