Well the experience started well with a phone call in the week to say I need to come into the dentist for a check up and pay £20, on arrival for the check up I was given a form by the receptionist to fill in which never happens. When I saw Mr Jones the dentist he informed me that they had made a mistake and I am no longer registered and blamed government funding to which I argued I had been with the practice for probably 30 yrs, never missed appointments, came out of work to attend, always paid. Not claimed. I understand what he was saying and to be fair to Mr Jones he understood what I was saying, after a bit of back and forth it was suggested that I wait to speak to the practice manager and they would rejoin me in April. The practice manager contacted me and was sympathetic and I now have an appointment for a check up in April, just for clarity as I said I have been with the practice for 30 yrs seeing various dentists, names Bradshaw / Bryant / and more recently Callum who I am seeing April and now all is fine, well I hope so. Going forward for your information and this situation. 1 what if I was 80 yrs of age living on my own, think of the stress this would cause. 2 You need to inform clients that they are not registered as I didn’t know, as I hadn’t been contacted which used to be the case? I would only have found out if I needed treatment. So going forward let’s finish on a positive 1 I and my family have had fantastic service with your practice. 2 Staff in reception always polite, professional and helpful 3 Practice manager sorted problem within 1 hour 4 Callum is a legend as I am sure Mr Jones is going to see you in April

Alexandra Franklin and her assistant were absolutely amazing. I was so frightened going into the surgery but she soon put me at ease .. the reception were also brilliant and very friendly . Thank you so much to your team

From the moment one walks through the front door, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel a little bit special.
