A first class experience
Have always had a first class experience with the practice, from the front desk to the dentist who carried out the work required. Always a welcoming feel when you enter the practice. Keep up the good work you have always provided.

My experience
Dentist was great.
But the practice is terrible non stop cancelling of my appointments with the attitude it's hard luck over a year wait for appointment.
First thing mentioned on phone is the riot act , so you can guess they ain't popular, they knocked my wife off books because she hadn't been there for years yet when they looked back it was they who cancelled appointment.

Very patient with me, reassured me
I have a big dentist phobia and I had to have a filling and a scale and polish. The dentist knew about my phobia, he was very patient with me and reassured me and didn't rush what needed to be done. Had a really good experience.
