Tooth extraction
I cannot rate Dr Alex highly enough - her whole manner inspired confidence and comfort. She was very friendly yet professional and exceptionally efficient, making me fully aware of what she was doing throughout the procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever even when injected, no pain after, discomfort was minimal and no medication for pain relief required. I cannot thank her enough.

Excellent service
Highly recommend Dr Oliver Thomas! I attended the practice for a filling and to begin my Invisalign journey. Ollie was very knowledgeable about Invisalign and answered all of my questions. He was also reassuring and calmed my nerves before my filling.
All the other staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Emergency appointment
My whole experience was very satisfactory. It didn't take too long to get through by telephone to explain why I was looking to see a dentist ASAP. I was promised that someone would ring me back as soon as possible which they did. An appointment was arranged for the same day and an interim solution was found while we look to establish exactly what the issue is. My whole experience was very good indeed.

I was very grateful to be given an emergency appt after a very uncomfortable night with little sleep. Calum was very helpful and professional. The treatment was quick and painless. The staff member on reception, both when I rang at 8.30 and when I arrived at 12 noon was equally kind and professional. I was very pleased with the excellent service provided.
