Bryant Dental
Took longer than I expected but the dentist took their time not rushing the procedure. Plenty of drilling involved. Just looking forward to the numbness to wear off.

Very good experience
Alex and her assistant Charlotte were professional but also very friendly and informative which made me comfortable with my dental examination. Also, the reception staff were equally as kind so, overall, a very good experience in what often is an anxious time. Thank you.

Amazing hygienist
Julie is such a knowledgable person, It was my first visit to see a hygienist and she made my experience a pleasurable one. Full of professionalism and humour. She explained what I should be doing thoroughly and step by step.
She was very understanding and patient as due to the level of noise in the snug wait room upstairs I had a sensory overload in turn causing my anxiety to peak which did require me to go downstairs and wait there instead as it was a little quieter.
Julie’s nature and person centred approach enabled her to provide me with the compassion I needed.
My opinions on Bryant dental
So far are mostly good however I do feel there is room for Improvement. There is one member of staff who I have not seen smile yet, although this was only my 3rd visit?! And for people like me who suffer with sensory issues the wait rooms being full, doors banging, the radio playing and kids being allowed to cartwheel and jump off chairs isn’t a very pleasant experience.

Hygienist appointment
I have avoided seeing the hygienist in the past as I was worried that it might be painful and that my teeth might fall out due to the ‘prodding & poking’. However Julie is professional, confident and puts you at ease, I highly recommend treatment with Julie.
