Put me at ease
The dentists and dental nurses were all lovely and understanding that I was a very nervous patient! The first dentist advised a treatment plan, I needed a repair to broken back tooth, a filling and a hygienist appointment. When I went to the desk, the kind receptionist arranged for another dentist to do the tooth repair there and then as there had just been a cancellation - this eased my anxiety about having to come back for treatment as it was done immediately. I then returned in the afternoon for a hygienist appointment with Julie who again was very understanding of my nerves! Julie and her assistant were very patient, encouraged me to stop and take a break if needed and chatted throughout to put me at ease. Thank you all.

Excellent professional service. Difficult tooth removed. I was well looked after and reassured throughout a pretty traumatic experience! Surprisingly no pain afterwards to date. Fingers crossed!

Very relaxed
Rob has always been a very easy-going dentist, since I became a patient of his over 25 years ago. The practice is very relaxed which is a great comfort for patients. It was an added bonus that this practice does not charge for a check-up.
