Excellent care
I saw Rachael for hygiene appointment and George for a check up on 28/05/25 and received the usual excellent care and treatment. I have severe mobility problems and George ensured that I could have my necessary treatment today in a room on the ground floor so that I did not need to use the stairs and I did not need to make a separate appointment for this to be done. Rachael assisted me in accessing her treatment room and took great trouble to give me all the help that I needed. I very much appreciate the kindness shown to me by all of the team at Birkbeck.

Great advice
I had an appointment with Rachel who gave me great advice with regard to cleaning my teeth and gums. She made an excellent job of cleaning my teeth herself.
This was followed by an appointment with George, who also gave great advice about looking after my teeth and gums. Both were very professional.

Calm, attentive
The staff took good care of me and I was seen within 5 mins of the appointment time. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was friendly. I went for a cleaning and the lady did a good job of removing tartar build-up with minimal fuss. The male assistant was also proactive and attentive. The environment was calm. Booking an appointment was easy and quick online. Being able to upload my patient details online ahead of the appointment meant I didn't have to spend time doing this right before the appointment which streamlined everything. Although I've only had one visit so far, I was happy with the treatment and would recommend this dental practice.
