I visited on 20-03-2025, with a possible abscess under a tooth. The surgery is quiet and peaceful - staff move around quietly and purposefully. All staff are pleasant, cheerful and respectful. I was seen by George and his assistant, and they were friendly and considerate. George took time to explain the x-ray to me, and the possible treatments and outcomes. I'm always happy to go back to this Dentistry because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Explains everything clearly

As always greeted with a smile my lovely Rachel - she is always honest about what I need to do to keep my gums in good order! She explains everything clearly e.g what are “pockets” in my gums and what can happen if I don’t floss !! She is thorough and very efficient - thank you Rachel

I broke the porcelain off my bridge and I was dreading going to the dentist, but George was friendly and reassuring giving me options and carrying out the repair. I am extremely happy with the work and I would highly recommend George.

My first time visiting Birkbeck today for a hygienist appointment so can't give a full review of practice overall, but Rachel the hygienist was so lovely, she was friendly and informative, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout my appointment. It's the cleanest my teeth have looked and felt in a while. Thank you Rachel, would definitely recommend and would come back when needed.

Caring and informative

A bridge came broke and came out
They gave me three options for a resolution and a price for each option
I felt the Dentist and assistants actually cared about their work and were very pleasant, caring and informative
