The practice is wonderful, I could not ask for more. As a nervous patient they give me the time needed, lots of reassurance and explain everything. They go at a pace which suits me. The practice is aiding me in over coming my fear.

My experience

My appointment was at 10 but the dentist didn’t arrive at work until 10:15. Eventually called in at 10:20. No explanation for why I was kept waiting. No water in the water dispenser. All seems to have gone a bit downhill since the new owners took over.
