I have recently had a hygiene cleaning visit with Rachael and I have been to many over the years, this was by far the best experience I have ever had, she did not even use Gel or injection. She was thorough and I can honestly say it went from being an experience I would never look forward to, to a totally different, totally pain free experience with Rachael.

As per usual, friendly greeting upon entering practice, excellent visit to the hygienist, no problems encountered. Then to the dentist. Again, met with a friendly greeting from the dental nurse. Summoned to meet the dentist. Usual, renewal with pleasant reminiscence on last meeting. Dentist continued with the routine inspection and examination. Explaining the necessary and recommendations for further treatment. Proceeded with whatever x-rays considered necessary. Arranged with the receptionist the date of next appointment 05/09/24 at 5pm.

Would highly recommend the Birkbeck Dentistry Clinic. Rachel the hygienist and George the dentist are both very caring and professional. I’ve recommended George to a very nervous relative who hadn’t been to a dentist for years. George was very kind and caring and my relative has managed to conquer her fear and have the necessary treatment to restore her teeth to good condition.
