Gum infection
I had concern that potentially I had a gum infection which had been caused by tooth decay - within 10 mins George had put my mind at rest & confirmed it was not tooth decay but a pocket in my gum which had got infected and required to be cleaned - he then gave me advice on how to deal with the problem going forward & what product to use - Georges approach is friendly knowledgeable and efficient - thank you.

Emergency - Toothache
I tried Birkbeck Dentistry for the first time today after my own dentist can't offer treatment for another month for my severe toothache.
Elnaz was so kind and took the time to re-assure me about the available treatments and settle on a treatment plan, really impressed and will be changing dentists to Birkbeck Dentistry.

Fantastic treatment!
I received fantastic treatment on my root canal. The service provided by Dr Ramirez-Bommer was brilliant, possibly the best service I have received at a dentist before. With clear after care plans laid out too. Would highly recommend.

From a dentophobic
I’ve been suffering for too long with pain but it got so bad I had an emergency appointment with George. He immediately put me at ease. He informed me I needed the tooth extracted and so the shaking started. He offered me to come back at a later date with some sedation, but I decided if I left I would take forever to come back. George took everything slowly making sure at each stage I was ok. He was so understanding and gentle. Did I still leave the surgery and burst into tears? Yes! , am over my phobia, No, probably never will be. But he went a long way to me returning next week for more treatment. Thanks George and the rest of the team for not making me feel stupid and looking after me.

The experience started when I managed to secure an emergency appointment the next day when I was in severe pain. I saw Claudia & she was superb. Talked me through the process, carried out stage 1 without any real discomfort & has been clear about the next steps. Not exactly a procedure you'd queue up for but she made it as good as possible.
