I was treated with respect and dignity in a friendly way by all personnel. I was asked about how I felt about my teeth and gums, and to notify them if I felt uncomfortable during treatment.

Great urgent appt.

Great to be able to book appointments online for the next day. Everything explained during appointment when shown x-rays etc. Felt very reassured when I left.

Excellent treatment

The staff are polite and friendly and treat you with respect. The dentist I saw was absolutely brilliant and apart from being professionally proficient was kind and friendly.

Preparation for crown

This is the most professional, the most skilled and the most caring dental practice I have ever been associated with. All practitioners that I have met so far have been caring and provided outstanding treatment.
Dr. Charalambous, whom I saw again today, was outstandingly professional and caring in all respects. He communicates with a patient throughout an appointment so that the patient knows exactly what is going on. This is very reassuring as well as informative.
I would recommend Dr. Charalambous, and indeed any of the Birkbeck team, to any potential patient seeking good dental care.

Filling replacement

Peter is out on his own as always, 100 % perfect, as always.
In a recent procedure I was so relaxed in his hands, I fell asleep !
I am an NHS consultant, I try to model myself on him, but it is far from easy.

Dental Calm

This was my first visit to Birkbeck Dentistry after being referred by my own dentist and it was a great experience. The surgery is well-situated, clean and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Claudia was so lovely. She explained everything about the procedures thoroughly, checked my understanding and asked if I had any questions. She ensured I was ok throughout and explained as she did things. I can get quite nervous about dental procedures but I was completely relaxed because of Claudia Ramrez Bommer's kind manner, approach, care and professionalism. Such a good experience. I hardly felt any pain with the anaesthetic injections too! Would highly recommend

Very honest and fair

Very honest and professional opinion was offered when it was discovered that this treatment was the wrong diagnosis by my dentist. I came expecting a £690 fee and was charged £90! Very honest & fair treatment by your charming technicians.
