Rachael always makes my appointments a nice place to be, even for somebody that gets a bit nervous at dental appointments. Her welcoming friendly manner, feel good energy and care factor make the appointments actually fun and of course professional. The treatment always leaves me feeling so pleased. This was my first meeting with Dr. Charalambous and, as with other members of the team I have met so far, the care and treatment was outstanding. I received clear answers and explanations to my questions, and was very impressed by the levels of professionalism and care throughout. I have been using Birkbeck Dentistry for many years and can highly recommend their services. Customer service is excellent. Attention to detail and services offered/taken have always been of a high standard with no horror stories that you read about from other dentists. Peter and the team are very good with nervous patients and always go the extra mile to make you feel at ease with any procedures clearly explained, quoted and where necessary follow ups booked.
