I am pleased with the results

I rang on Monday morning for an appointment as my tooth broke on Friday evening. Thursday at 2pm was fine as there was no pain. I did not have to wait long. My dentist was on holiday so I saw another. He confidently told me the trouble and explained what he was going to do.
He was very patient with me as I was anxious which is unusual for me. I couldn’t take the x ray, I am no good with the bigger gadgets. We have a new machine that you’ll have no trouble with.
He went through the whole procedure. I am pleased with the results. The new x ray machine was marvellous.
Everything will be reviewed when I see George at my next scheduled appointment in April.

So far so good

Today I had a large upper molar tooth extraction.
I had an abscess under the tooth, and as I already knew, it was never going to get better, extraction was indeed necessary.
However meeting this particular dentist for the very first time, I changed my mind whilst in the chair and opted to add the bone restoration now, and go for an implant in a few months time
My hobby is eating, so I need my teeth for that
The dentist and her little assistant were both charming and knew what they were doing
So far so good and I look forward to having my stitches out soon

A very satisfied customer

Yesterday, I attended the hygienist. Upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed by the friendly receptionist. I arrived on time. The hygienist greeted and welcomed me when it was my time and she was ready to deal with me. My treatment went swimmingly well. When the hygienist had completed her treatment and I felt that wonderful feeling of very clean teeth. When I exited her treatment room and reported to the receptionist that my treatment was complete. She immediately booked me in for my next appointment with both the hygienist and the Dentist George., with great efficiency, it was texted to me as well as by email. A very satisfied customer went home.

Very good. I have been in need of various dental treatments as well as routine check-ups and hygiene for about 60 years, and first went to Birkbeck approximately 18 years ago. Nowhere before have I felt so much trust in that they know what they are doing, and that my best interests are being looked after and without creating any unnecessary work. I cannot fault the care and quality I am receiving at Birkbeck Dentistry.
