Gave me good advice
I was treated by Rachael, a dental hygienist. The treatment was extremely thorough, as usual, and she also gave me good advice as I have been grinding my teeth at night. Since having treatment with Rachael, my gum and dental health has improved enormously and I have needed less dental treatment as a whole. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Always a good experience with any of the dentists and hygienists. Reception and all staff are professional and friendly. Surroundings modern and clean, easy private parking. Highly recommended.

Very considerate and understanding
Both times I have seen Lianne she has been very considerate and understanding of the factors affecting my teeth at present. She set manageable goals for me and was very encouraging. She was also very professional, checked if I was OK during the cleaning process, and kept me updated on what she was doing and how much longer it would be until each step was finished. I would highly recommend people I know in the Sidcup/Bexley area to register with this dentist.

Tooth Extraction
This is my second tooth l had taken out with Peter. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to surgical procedures and normally in the past had them out under sedation. Peter is brilliant and both times taken them out quickly and easily with no pain.

Nervous patient
I am a VERY nervous patient when it comes to the dentist it is my major phobia.
The staff were so understanding and talked me through every step. I opted for sedation and, I was so nervous but Peter and staff were so good and so patient with me and recovering from the sedation was so good. I had e-mails to make sure I was ok and I was very impressed by everything there.

Determine cause of chronic dental pain
I asked for a consultation with Dr Walsh having despaired of my usual dentist’s plan to proceed with implant surgery despite my concern about the cause of my chronic pain not being addressed. I’m very happy to say Dr Walsh literally got to the root cause of my pain after discussing what and where he thought the problem was and I’m now happy to proceed with dental implants with Dr Walsh.

Excellent dental practice. I think I've seen all of the practitioners over the last 9 months or so and they have all been excellent. On my first visit I was told that I would need root canal treatment - luckily there had been a cancellation so the endodontist was able to see me the next day. After starting the procedure she realized that the nerve was still intact and so was able to do a "pulp capping" instead of the root canal treatment, which left the original tooth intact and was also a lot cheaper! I also had an old filling replaced, a wisdom tooth extracted, and a hygienist visit, all of which were impeccable. Everyone was friendly and professional, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Birkbeck.

Been a client here for the last four years. I have had implants at this practice as well as a range of other treatments and hygienist work and the service and quality of the work is simply outstanding. Professional, polite and well mannered staff too. In my opinion it’s probably the best dentist practice in Kent. It is a private practice and therefore payment options may not be available but, you get what you pay for. It’s a simple as that. Very happy
