Very friendly, on time and most importantly they explained everything that was happening step by step.
They checked through out if I was ok and asked if I had any questions.
When giving advice, they gave me options and didn't push a particular option based on monetary gain, they gave me pros and cons of each choice, and said they would be happy for me return later if I needed more time.
After the procedure, the numbing wore off quickly, I was surprised, as I felt no pain throughout, which normally means I wouldn't be using my mouth properly for hours and dribble uncontrollably.
I was eating shortly after I arrived home and felt like I had had nothing done, as I have had no pain at all, even now it's the next day and have taken no pain killers.
Considering I had just endured 3 hours of drilling I was very surprised & impressed!

Reassured me throughout
67 year old female - I'm an extremely nervous patient & at my most recent appointment fear was taking hold again. Both Lianne & her colleague spoke to me calmly, neither came near me, leaving me to sit down in my own time. 3 times throughout cleaning my teeth I put up my hand for Lianne to stop & both immediately stepped away from me until I was ready again. As normal Lianne reassured me throughout I was doing well.
