An emergency broken tooth
Amazing! No one likes the dentist but I went in with an emergency broken tooth causing horrid pain - I got same day appointment, unfortunately my tooth decided to not want to come out so it took a lot longer than expected (1.5 hrs)!
Both the dentist and the surgeon who had to take over were amazing, all of the nurses and reception staff were fab with both myself and my partner reassuring us both throughout - the tooth is now out and I have fab aftercare to use at home - thank you all again, you made a bad situation for us less stressful

Excellent level of service
I registered as a new patient today and got an appointment this afternoon to have a chipped front tooth repaired. I’m really impressed by the excellent level of service and treatment I have received, My dentist Dr Willem Botha did a fantastic job. I’m so pleased with how my teeth now look. Many thanks.

Had my first visit to Valley Dental Practice yesterday. Had not been to a dentist in ages due to my sheer terror of a dentist visit. However, from entering the building and being greeted by the receptionists to the actual appointment I was pleasantly surprised. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable and everything that was being done was explained to me.
The building is spotlessly clean and welcoming.
I would not hesitate to recommend this dentists especially if like me you are nervous.

Best Dentist ever !
I have been a patient of DR Botha for many years - the whole practice is so friendly & accommodating (& spotlessly clean)
They always make you feel welcome & looked after - I always leave with a smile
DR Botha is a rare find - a dentist who listens & always gives the best advice & doesn’t jump into unnecessary treatment unless you need it - never once have I felt any pain or discomfort during or after treatment
