I was very impressed

I’m a Denplan patient at Valley Dental Practice and have six monthly check ups
But today I had a toothache so phoned the practice at 2pm and they fitted me in at 2:30 the same day and had root canal treatment. I was very impressed at the speed with which they could see me and very happy with the treatment I received

Brilliant for a nervous patient

My first ever visit and not my last. Receptionists were friendly, smiling and polite. The waiting room was very comfortable and bright to sit in and I didn’t sit down for long.
The dentist and his assistant were very reassuring, professional and from my perspective brilliant for a nervous patient on his first visit.

Very gentle & very caring

From phoning & speaking to a very caring, friendly, helpful receptionist. I got an appointment to see the dentist yesterday. I am extremely nervous & anxious where dentists are concerned. I had a large, very painful abscess & my face was very swollen, he was very gentle & very caring with me. (His assistant was understanding of how I felt) He drained the abscess & prescribed antibiotics for the infection. Thank you to all 3 of you, this morning my face is still slightly swollen, but the horrendous pain has calmed down. If you are a nervous patient, please give this dentist a try.
