Explained every detail throughout
A very relaxing experience considering I am petrified of going into a dental surgery.
The hygienist was very reassuring and explained every detail throughout the procedure.
Advice was given on how to improve my technique of brushing certain hotspots of my gums that need extra attention.
She was very informative on good dental care, took time to explain what she was doing every step of the way during procedure.

Good quality care and attention
The staff and colleagues are always courteous and efficient. Sometimes there is a wait and that is ok, as the Dentists are giving such good quality care and attention to each of us purchasing their expertise. I always recommend Valley Practice if people ask about a new dentist practice for themselves

The checkup was very thorough
Although I had to wait, the surroundings were comfortable and relaxed, soothing music which was very nice as I get nervous. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful when I asked some questions. Mr Maxwell Botha was very gentle, sadly I have to go back for a little treatment, as this was just a checkup, but I am slowly starting to relax.
The checkup was very thorough, and I was happy with all the information I was told.

Maxwell was so professional and thorough! Gave me plenty of warning about anything that may be uncomfortable, and also listed out all my options of how to best proceed with my wisdom tooth issue! Would definitely recommend

I really cannot fault this dental practice
I was really nervous about going to the dentist, but really needed to go as I had persistant toothache for 3 weeks. The reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease. I was seen very quickly. The dentist said I needed a tooth extraction. I was worried as thought I would be in agony afterwards.
To my surprise there was not much pain during or after the procedure. The dentist talked me through every step and was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I really cannot fault this dental practice. I give them 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly practice. All staff very welcoming. I am terrified of dental appointments but this team supported me. Even allowing my dad to accompany me. (I'm 56 lol). But I happily go alone now and hope I have conquered my fear.
Highly recommended.
