Hi, went for routine checkup with Max, had been before to see Mrs Robinson who has now retired. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the dentist Max was very caring and thorough. Delighted with my experience
I had my first appointment at Valley Dental Practice this afternoon, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Due to recent medical issues, I struggle with severe anxiety, and visiting the dentist was a major trigger for me. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were exceptionally polite and helpful. I also really appreciated the separate waiting room with a closed door, which reduced background noise and created a calm, soothing atmosphere, enhanced by the gentle, relaxing music.
I was seen by Dr. Maxwell Botha, who was absolutely outstanding. His calm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, outlining each step of the process and what I could expect, which really helped ease my nerves.
I am genuinely delighted with my experience and will definitely be returning to Valley Dental Practice in the future. Thank you so much!

A big thank you
I feel so lucky to have found this Dental practice. Everyone who works there are polite, friendly, efficient and very professional.
I had a tooth break last week at breakfast, called the practice and had my appointment yesterday. I was a bit concerned that I might have to have the remaining bit out but Dr Botha worked his magic and sorted it out.
So a big thank you to all the staff for making the visits there are bit easier to deal with.

Excellent experience. I had an unplanned problem and thus no appointment and the very helpful reception ladies arranged with the dentist for me to be seen very quickly. The dentist examined my tooth and x-rayed it and treated the problem very quickly in a friendly and professional manner.
This practice has my vote every time.

It was my first time going to this dentist and trying a new practise. I rang to book an appointment due to being in a lot of pain and experiencing severe sensitivity, was offered an appointment a couple of days later which was convenient! I am a very anxious patient when it comes to the dentist and all of the team made sure I felt completely comfortable and welcomed when entering the practise and throughout my treatment. I was able to bring someone along with me to sit in while I was undergoing treatment and the dentist and assistant were ensuring that I felt calm at all times. I will 100% be returning to this practise in the future and feel pleasantly surprised and relived after my visit today with how simple and pain free the process was.
