Understanding, kind, and calming
I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Maxwell for the care he gave me during my recent appointment. I came in feeling extremely anxious and had taken a beta blocker beforehand to help manage my nerves. Maxwell was so understanding, kind, and calming throughout — he didn’t rush me, explained everything clearly, and made me feel safe and at ease from the moment I sat down.
It really meant a lot to be treated with such compassion and patience, especially in a situation that can feel overwhelming. Thank you, Maxwell, for your professional and gentle approach — it made all the difference.

I was so nervous when I initially phoned for an appointment and I really shouldn’t have been. The receptionist was so kind and reassuring, she also explained all the prices to me so I didn’t need to ask. When I saw Maxwell and his assistant they were extremely understanding of how nervous I was and took plenty of time to explain the procedures that were available to me. I am so very glad I chose to go to this dentist.

Friendly, helpful
I attend the practice every 6 months to see the hygienist (PhilipaTippet) and then Dr Botha.
Everyone that works there is polite, friendly, helpful and very professional.
Inside the building is always spotless.
The waiting room is a comfortable place to wait to be called for your appointment.
I, like a lot of people, am not a fan of dentist visits, but I have to say that I am very glad I found Valley Dental Practice. I trust them to do the best for my teeth.. Simples
