Made me feel at ease
I visited the Practice today for a 6 monthly check-up. The dentist I saw was polite and friendly and explained what he was doing throughout the visit which made me feel at ease. After a thorough clean and polish he gave me a couple of tips for future care of my teeth.

They explain and advise clearly
Dr Botha, Philippa and all the team were excellent today as always. They explain and advise clearly. I fully trust in them to help me care for my gums and teeth. Thank you for being the best dentist.

Dr Botha worked his magic again!
I was seen the same day as I rang, for an emergency appointment.
Fixed a plate, filed a tooth and repaired a broken tooth, all in 45 mins. And at a fair price, which unfortunately is important for me.
What I don't understand is how he can work on a tooth within a minute of an injection, I felt no pain, but the numbness had cleared by the time I was home.
He has an extremely calming nature, has all the high tech gear, does everything to save your teeth, and is an absolute magician at what he does.
All this is coming from someone who had a phobia of dentists before visiting him.
As good as it gets!!
Although... be prepared for the most eclectic choice of background music you could possibly imagine!!

My first visit to Valley Dental-as a new patient, was fantastic. A welcoming dental practice not only visually but staff to. A friendly greeting and a short wait. Maxwell, was attentive and talked through my x-rays. I was lucky to still have no fillings or extra work but a polish and clean which was very thorough. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you.

A chipped front tooth on the inside of my mouth, I could not have wished for better treatment
I chipped a front tooth on the inside of my mouth - a difficult location for a filling. I had excellent, caring service from Dr Maxwell Botha and could not have wished for a better experience. The filling was completed expeditiously, and I was advised at each stage what was happening. I could not have wished for better treatment. Thank you.

I've just been to Valley Dental Practice as I had a 9.15 appointment, and as usual I found the receptionist very polite and helpful. And the Dentist was very thorough and professional, also explaining the procedure that i was about to have, and answering any questions that i had, so I found my experience very relaxed. I highly recommend this Dental Practice.
