I am an extremely nervous patient when it comes to the dentist. Mr Botha was very understanding and supportive at every stage of my emergency treatment.

The end result looks great
This was the first time I needed to have work done on my teeth since my previous dentist retired last year. I had a chipped tooth so phoned the surgery and was offered an appointment three days later. The dentist was both professional and friendly and put me at my ease. I was offered two options for treatment and opted for the less invasive which took around 15 minutes and he explained what he was doing at each stage of the treatment. The end result looks great and I was really pleased. I have been attending this surgery for 35 years and have always received excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly treatment
After having brain surgery last month I was unsure about my appointment with the hygienist. The dentist came in to see me and discussed it with the hygienist and I was given a gentle clean. I was very satisfied with the friendly treatment and understanding I received from the staff.

Today had my teeth descaled and polished by Phillippa at Valley Dental Practice and as always an excellent experience. Time taken to care and advise in a very relaxed and painless manner. This is the best dental practice in my opinion for all work carried out by either the dentist or hygienist.

Cannot speak more highly of Pippa the hygienist. Such a lovely lady. First time seeing Maxwell after Mrs Robinson’s retirement. Again a very pleasant gentleman. All in all I cannot speak more highly of this dental practice.
