My first appointment at Valley but really impressed. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
I have now completed my treatment at Valley dental and I couldn’t be happier.
Dr Botha has done an amazing job at a very reasonable cost.
All staff at Valley are very friendly and helpful and make you feel valued.
You won’t find a better dentist anywhere!

Emergency appointment
I had an emergency appointment. Phoned at 10.30. Appointment 12.00. Thorough examination very gentle and 2 exrays. Problem explained fully and I was given antbiotics. Referral to Colchester Hospital for removal of Wisdom tooth thats growing sideways.

I am a very nervous patient due to childhood experiences - I was made to feel safe and each process was explained to me.
I didn’t panic and actually relaxed as the appointment progressed.

Once again “Fantastic” in every respect. Professional contact from making the appointment to going there this morning. The premises are immaculate, the staff are so polite and welcoming. Maxwell is a genius, as a nervous patient, he always puts me at ease and conducts all treatment painlessly in such a calming manner. I thoroughly recommend this practice. Attended again for routine check up. Saw Maxwell “the magician” as I call him. Professional courteous and so thorough. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic dentist
Would give 10 or more stars if I could. Fantastic dentist, punctual, polite, caring, kind, professional, explains everything and answers any queries. Even shows you X-rays and talks you through them, never had that level of care anywhere else.

Such a welcoming and lovely practice. Was seen very quickly, cared for well and went home having received the emergency treatment I needed. Would definitely recommend.
