First class service
We've been patients at this practice for well over 30 years and have always had first class service. Their standards are very high and even throughout COVID we felt safe owing to the extra features they put in place. Can't praise them enough.

Brilliant dentist! I'm normally quite anxious to see a dentist by Dr Botha made me feel comfortable and relaxed! He walked me through everything he done and took such great care of me! I also took my little boy here after I'd been seen as well and they were amazing with him!! Absolutely recommend to anyone ! Lovely customer service and lovely dentists.

Always puts me at ease
I was always afraid of dentists but Mr Botha always puts me at ease, thank you for that, I am very happy with the service you provide for your clients, I have a few friends that attend your practice as well, and all is good, thank you.

I have never had a bad experience at Valley Dental Practice, both the dentist and hygienist are very kind and professional, lots of patience as I’m a very nervous patient they put me at ease and I have every confidence in both Mrs Robinson (dentist) and Gracie (hygienist).

Emergency appointment
Went in for an emergency appointment and was treated extremely well, diagnosis was prompt and needed root canal treatment. One week later had 2nd stage of root canal and was made to feel at ease during the whole process. Dr Botha is a great dentist, I feel extremely confident of the work done, 5 stars

I took my daughter to the dentist today, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was so welcoming and kind, making us feel at ease. The dentist, Mr. Maxwell Botha, was exceptional—he was incredibly calm and patient, taking the time to explain everything to my daughter. His approach was very gentle and reassuring, which made her feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I also want to mention his nurse, who was equally kind and supportive. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I am grateful for the care and attention we received. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr Botha and his assistant (sorry I do not know her name) made me feel at ease and comfortable while I was having my check up. l am looking forward to seeing them in six months. The ladies on the reception were friendly and helpful when making our next appointment.
