My crown fell out and my dentist wasn't around to fix it. I called Valley Dental Practice and they saw me the same day and fixed my crown perfectly . They were fantastic including the receptionists who were the best I have ever come across.

Very happy with this dental practice. It was my 1st visit to the practice and everyone was really nice, welcoming and friendly. My check up was really thorough and everything was explained to me. I needed a referral to get something checked, I left about 9am and I had a phonecall from the referral place about 11.30am which shows how quickly they had processed the request.
I'm very happy with the service I've received and to have found such a professional dental practice.

I am not very keen on seeing a dentist but maxwell who I saw yesterday was amazing, not only a lovely man but also a brilliant dentist, sorted my broken tooth within the hour. Not even any discomfort during or after. Definitely recommended .

I really appreciate the care shown by Dr Botha Jnr. Repairing my crown that fell out. I called and left a message to say what had happened and the surgery called me within the hour to say I could have a cancellation that had come up that morning. I was so grateful for the help and the treatment was 11/2 hrs as I also needed a filling which only came to light as the crown had come out, it was all done and was a very gentle treatment, thank you so much.

I am petrified of the dentist but had to go due to a problem. The dentist Maxwell was very considerate towards my anxiety, he was calm, quiet and gave reassurance. He kept checking I was OK throughout the treatment. The TV on the ceiling to watch during treatment was a really helpful distraction. All staff were lovely, friendly and patient. I have had half of the treatment and have to go back in a week for the rest and feel much more confident about returning. The surgery is very nicely set out and immaculately presented.

Good friendly atmosphere, only had a check up but my teeth were cleaned and polished, which I haven't had done since I was a child even though this is supposed to be included on the NHS.

Always friendly and professional on every visit. Philippa is an amazing hygienist who clearly loves her job and is very gentle and offers expert advice to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. My last visit, I was offered to see the dentist straight after my hygienist appointment rather than wait for another 6 weeks. Trying to get an appointment is difficult due to work commitments so being offered an appointment there and then was great. 5 star dental practice and I always recommend to my friends and family.

Lovely staff, pristine surgery. Being a very nervous new patient with a toothache I was worried but Dentist was so nice and reassuring. No one pushed you to have other treatments either, they just advised. So pleased I joined them.
