This was my first visit to this dentist also my first dental work so I was pretty nervous and not knowing what to expect. Willem was amazing he talked me through everything he was going to do. I only needed a filling but I was still very nervous. I had no pain and No discount through my treatment. I will be returning for a check up next year. Overall the whole building seemed very clean and the girls were lovely.

I will be going to this dental practice for years to come! - I’m so glad I have found such a lovely welcoming practice to come too, everyone is beyond amazing, sweet & welcoming. As you walk in your greeted by a lovely receptionist (I can’t remember her name so I apologise! But every single one is amazing) I had my hygienist appointment with Philippa and she was incredible she introduced herself went through step by step of everything she’s going to do, reassured me, made me feel so comfortable and not anxious (as someone who suffers with anxiety on a daily basis this was such an important thing for me, I’ve had a consultation with my main dental nurse Sarah and she’s lovely, so gentle & reassuring & professional. I can’t recommend this practice enough, if you’re nervous this is the place to go everyone is extremely lovely & understanding, I can’t wait for my treatment plan and to feel confident. ♥️ thank you guys x x

Staff are really lovely and make you feel at ease, you don’t feel rushed at all and cleanliness is 5star.
My children have no fear about the dentist, this is due to the time taken to make them feel safe and reassured. A great surgery.

I just had my first visit to Valley Dental Practice on 5th January 2022.
Firstly the surgery is absolutely lovely, bright, spotlessly clean, and has a very friendly and welcoming receptionist.
I saw Poppy the hygienist for a clean and polish, as this was my first clean for a year due to home relocation, my teeth were quite stained. My teeth were cleaned absolutely thoroughly for almost an hour, gently, considerately and pain free. Poppy is absolutely lovely and did an amazing job! Cannot recommend enough ! Thank you ! My teeth look amazing!
