My family and I have been with Mrs Robinson for over 20 years and I could not recommended them highly enough. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed and the dentistry is phenomenal.

They are a very professional team whilst giving a personal approach to their patients, which makes a visit to the Practice that much more easier.

Valley Dental Practice has a calm, quiet atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff are helpful and Mrs Robinson looks after my teeth very well. I was terrified of going to the dentist but not any more.

My visit to Valley Dental Practice was excellent. Can't thank the very pleasant staff enough. I am a senior citizen and was helped all the way. I received treatment, which was carried out in a very professional manner, and very gently. Can recommend this practice to even the most nervous of patients. I'm glad I found such a good practice.

I had an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth and inflammation, from start to finish I can honesty say from the receptionist right the way through to the dentIst staff Were very friendly and put me at my ease . I must say whilst pulling the tooth out even though it was tricky I did not feel any pain , I thoroughly recommend This dentist .

What a wonderful practice! The relaxed professional atmosphere that greets on arrival is calming - most important for the nervous patient like myself. Everything usually falls apart for me, at other practices, when I sink into that chair in the treatment room, prepared for trauma. However, this is where Valley Dental Practice is out on its own.
Dr Botha and his assistant were friendly and welcoming. The pace was slow and I had time to control my anxiety. The treatment was administered with understanding and care for the patient's comfort throughout. I barely noticed the intrusion as the check up was carried out. Expecting my mouth to be stretched like a rubber band, I discovered this is not part of the experience at Valley Dental Practice. Neither is blind panic and fighting with the dentist to obtain an x-ray. At Valley Dental Practise the procedure was done efficiently, calmly, and successfully. Surprisingly I made little fuss and hardly knew I'd had it done. Unbelievable!
Everything was explained throughout the examination, and treatment options were discussed as I was shown my x-ray. I smiled as I made a follow up appointment to have a tooth extracted. Despite expecting this to be fairly unpleasant, I am confident that everything will be done to make it as comfortable as possible at this practice. UPDATE - the tooth extraction was executed with such ease I hardly noticed.
This is the best dentist I have ever been to, and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Botha and his assistant to anyone who is reluctant to get their teeth checked.
I actually enjoyed going to this dentist and I never thought I'd say those words.

I went to Valley Dental Practice for the first time for a hygienist appointment. I have never had a dental clean like it, it was the best clean I have ever had, the hygienist was excellent she explained everything she was going to do, I had a full assessment and my teeth felt amazing afterwards I cannot recommend them enough and thank you so much for your kindness and care shown. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic Dentist! Everyone is so friendly and they really make you feel like they care. Extremely gentle and an overall pleasant experience, even for someone that HATES going to the dentist! I couldn't recommend more.

I have found this Practice to be excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. The dentist is skilful and deals with any dental problems efficiently.
Appointments are convenient and available for emergencies.
The surgery is very clean and Covid measures are in place
