Visited as emergency patient , found all staff extremely helpful and friendly , dentist explained course of treatments very well and initial work was done quickly and pain free , also discussed den plan and after I saw the receptionist who explained the plan and monthly cost and filled in the paper work there and then .
If your scared or nervous of dentists then I would definitely recommend Valley Road dentist in clacton on sea , best dental practice ive ever visited .

The staff were incredibly friendly and the whole clinic was immaculate! This was my first time visiting the dental practise and I was a little nervous due to the pandemic however it was so well organised, I fell very safe and at ease.

The dentist I see was unbelievable what a nice man made me feel comfortable and settled
I had to have my wisdom tooth taken out and I didn’t feel a thing
i would normally feel sore after visiting a dentist but this time I felt fine
Would recommend this dentist to my family and friends

Valley Dental Practice fit me in for a tooth I need extracting that was causing me severe pain during the covid-19 pandemic when absolutely no where else could or would help. I went straight in, no waiting about.
The dentist I saw was lovely, and asked me if I was OK throughout the whole procedure, & made me feel very safe & relaxed as I was very nervous.. Would defo reccomened 😊

I was very nervous, but the staff were very friendly and soon put me at my ease.
I am deaf and pointed this out and the dentist made sure I always understood what he was saying.
It has restored my faith in dentists again.
My second trip to the Dentist did not disappoint. It was not a fluke that Dr. Botha does painless injections not only the first time but also the second. I was there for a root filling, but he also replaced another filling that had fallen out and fiddled with my denture plate, until he had improved it so much that I no longer have to stick it in each morning. I can now also eat on both sides, something I’ve not been able to do since I’ve had it. So thank you, a Dentist that goes the extra mile.

Needed to have an emergency appointment during the COVID-19 lockdown. Couldn’t get an appointment anywhere else, within an hour and a half of making my first phone call to the surgery, they had seen me and removed my broken tooth that was causing me such pain. Couldn’t wish for a better service, and reasonably priced considering the circumstances.

After years of staying away from dentists due to some bad experiences I have had in the past, I just had a root canal treatment at Valley Dental Practice opposite the Range and I have to say, past the initial anxiety, it was genuinely a pleasant experience.
I saw Wilhelm (sorry if I have the spelling wrong) and he quickly identified the problem I had. I told him that I have had aesthetic in the past which didn't do much for me and he assured me that theirs works.
He gave me an injection which was like a light switch turning off the pain and making me super numb within a minute.
Didn't feel a thing the whole time and bizarrely, the relief I felt made me start to enjoy it in a weird way.
If you are like me and have been putting up with pain for months to avoid a bad dentist experience, GO AND SEE WILHELM!
