Been going to this practice for a few years now and have had the best care from all the staff highly recommended

I have been a regular patient at Valley Dental Practice for over 30 years, a true testament to the exceptional treatment and care I have always received. Mrs Robinson is so gentle, kind and very patient. It would be an impossible challenge to find a better dentist and dental practice. Thank you once again.

It is my third occasion with Hannah the hygienist at Valley dental practice
and once again, I am extremely happy. She is efficient, pleasant and skilled in her area of practice.
On leaving, I was slightly shocked to be handed my next appointment and told it would be a different practitioner. I understand the difficulties when popular staff leave a private practice but think it would be more appropriate to be transparent. Say that Hannah is leaving and ask would I be happy with another Hygienist. After all this is a privately paid service and therefore should be about choice.
I want to add that I am very happy with all aspects of the service at Valley road and chose the practice due to locality. I will continue to attend and am sure the new staff member will be as efficient.

Today I attended valley road dentist after not seeing a dentist for over 20 years due to bad experience years ago I was welcome by lovely staff and made me feel at ease straight away. But my main reason for this review was the amazing Eva Dickinson has changed my whole life in one appointment the most understanding lady took her time to explain everything to put me at ease she talked me through every procedure did not feel any pain what so ever after tooth extraction and major Tatar removal I can’t thank u enough Eva and I will shall we returning to u for the rest off my treatment after my 2 weeks holiday I still can’t thank u enough thank you so much Mrs stacey hobbs

First visit to this dentist and was very pleased with the professionalism and standard of treatment. Everything was explained to me prior to treatment. Surroundings very pleasant and my dentist was first class.

I had an issue with a cracked tooth that caused an infection. I rang up and spoke to chloe (i think her name is) she was amazing and after explaining my problem said she would ask if Mrs Robinson could fit me in as an emergency. I was able to be squeezed in and Mrs Robinson was nothing short of amazing. Now I'm scared of dentists, but Mrs Robinson sat with me and explained what I would need to have done and the best ways to do it, which put me at ease straight away. I then came back 4 days later and was seen by dr botha, who talked me through the procedure. I was scared but in his and his assistants hands they calmed me down and i can honestly say from start to finish they were beyond amazing. Can honestly say that I will be going back with confidence to have more work done and know that I'm in safe and caring hands. Staff go above and beyond and truly a blessing as well as the dentists. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping and squashing my fear of stepping foot in a dental practice again xx

Quick, efficient with very helpful staff in delightful surroundings. OCTOBER 23, time for a check up. They will always keep you smiling. As the sign says in the Dentist, "you do not have to brush all your teeth, just the ones you want to keep.

I went in to the Practice today as I was utterly devastated that my implant crown had fallen off (it's my front tooth!) I was a big ol' sobbing mess.

I was greeted by Mrs Robinson in reception who reassured me they could cement it back on later in the day.

I went to my appointment and Mrs Robinson was so lovely and reassuring, as were all the staff. She cemented my crown back on and I left smiling.

I'm quite a nervous dental patient, due to bad experiences, however I am going back for further treatment on my implant (I'm getting my crown replaced as it's damaged) and I feel completely fine about it. I'm actually looking forward to it.

I'm even considering moving from my NHS Dentist to this one as they treated me so well and made me feel so comfortable. I couldn't recommend this surgery enough.

I have had an ongoing and intermittent toothache which has stumped several dentists I had seen before.

The toothache became unbearable last weekend and after being in a lot of pain I rang Valley Dental Practise first thing on the Monday morning and begged them to try and see me for an emergency appointment.

Although fully booked they took pity on me and agreed to squeeze me in that that day.

At 12pm I arrived at the practise and was greeting by very welcoming and well presented staff and seated in a very comfortable and relaxing waiting area.

I saw Mrs Robinson who sat and listened to my toothache saga and at no point did I feel rushed. This alone I was very grateful for as it felt for the first time someone was actually listening to my problem.

After examining my teeth Mrs Robinson called in Dr Botha and they both checked and discussed what could be the issue.

Within ten minutes Dr Botha identified that I had a cracked rear molar and this was what was causing the pain as it was allowing fluid etc to get under the tooth and aggravate the nerve.

Dr Botha then anaesthetised my mouth so well that from that point on I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. I believe he drilled into the tooth, and removed the nerve, cleaned out the tooth and then applied a temporary filling to hold the tooth together and seal the crack.

Whatever he did it was sheer magic and I left the dentist pain free and immensely grateful to all the staff at this practise.

A toothache that had plagued me for years and had become unbearable at the end was sorted out within 1 hour of visiting Valley Dental Practise. They were simply brilliant in every way.

I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone without the slightest hesitation.
