Appointments are always punctual , and sent an email reminder a few days before.
All staff very efficient and friendly.
Comfortable waiting room.
Now since Coronavirus outbreak, I have found the new system very efficient and safe.

This is an excellent Dentist Practice, probably one of the best you will find and especially for nervous people, like myself. Hygienist is amazing & makes me feel very relaxed. Friendly staff, nice calm and quiet waiting area.
I was extremely worried when Mrs Robinson retired and I had to get used to another Dentist.
I am now seeing Willum Botha, who is a very nice young man and I am totally relaxed with him, as he puts you at ease & totally professional.

I visited this practice for the first time after recently moving to Clacton
and what a lovely friendly relaxed practice this is ,as a nervous patient I was made to feel at ease by Mrs Robinson and her lovely staff ,just want to thank you all for making my visit comfortable , excellent staff excellent practice.

I do not like dentists , have a phobia but do not mind going to this practice. They are all very friendly, understanding and professional. I will never get rid of my phobia but these people really do understand.

Have been using dentist for a while as was a nervous patient, however it's a lovely calm setting, all treatments have been fine, so much so signed up for the dentist plan so get excellent regular treatment and am no longer that nervous.Am very pleased with the Practice, staff are all pleasant no complaints or issues whatsoever.

from the booking where i needed a late booking, as i work full time self employed, to the actual visit, everything went smoothly. the treatment was pain-free and over-all very satisfying. I cannot say i look forward to visiting the dentist, but knowing the commitment everyone has to making the experience stress free, i will keep going with a smile on my face.
Latest visit was delayed due to family issues, but all went smoothly with little discomfort.
would recommend the dentist, as they listen to you and if anything was an issue it was discussed prior to the work being done
latest visit went without a hitch and just a little work to a slight cavity. All work carried out and visit only took 15mins ...top class

I have been with this dental practice for over 20 years now. Mrs Robinson and all her staff are always very kind, friendly and caring. I used to dread having to visit the dentist but not since I have been seeing Mrs Robinson. An excellent practice that I would highly recommend.
