Excellent.
Reception staff very friendly; Dental Surgeon took time to explain the problem and solution options; Dental Nurse was very efficient.
Treatment was performed with care and regular checks that I was ok.

Exceptional experience
As always my experience of Valley Dental Practice was exceptional. Both Maxwell as the dentist and Pippa as the hygienist were friendly, professional and offered good, sound advice to ensure my dental health continues to improve. As I have gum issues historically the practice has worked with me over the last two years to improve my oral wellbeing. Would recommend this dental practice highly.

Amazing, reassuring, kind
Brilliant. I am 74 and had really bad experiences of dentistry and was terrified of going for my appointment. I’ve had severe back problems so was also concerned that I would be uncomfortable during my treatment. It was completely the opposite. Dr Botha was amazing, reassuring, kind, made sure I was comfortable, couldn’t ask for more. My only negative is that I hadn’t had somebody as kind and gentle from childhood.

Hadn’t been to a hygienist for many years. Always sceptical of what they do to me. A sleep apnea consultant said I had to see a hygienist. Saw the hygienist who was very gentle with the drill. No pain at all. Very considerate and mindful of my apprehension and worries.

Valley Dental Practice
I am a very anxious person but from the minute I walked in and spoke to the lady on reception to seeing the dentist and his dental assistent they helped me to get through my appointment. They were both so calm which helped put me at ease and talked me through my appointment which also was really helpful in easing my anxiety.
