Wallingford House Dental Practice
Deema was great as usual, so was Louise. The female dentist at the desk though was a little rude - I stated I'd finished my appointment, she acted like I'd said something wrong and asked me to move away from her line of sight...I understand she's busy but maybe if she wants to use the front desk she should consider some basic customer service training? And not behave in such a sad, entitled and foolish manner? Just a thought...

Excellent dental practice
I needed an appointment urgently since my treatment yesterday had not gone completely to plan. The receptionist was sympathetic and found an appointment for me to have in the next half hour. The problem with my tooth was then promptly sorted out. Everyone I spoke to was kind and anxious to help. As ever, Wallingford House DS is an excellent dental practice.
