Nice and encouraging

Very friendly.
Informative - usual stuff but done in a nice and encouraging way.
Aside: Would be nice if you could send a reminder message to your customers once a month about flossing etc - I always do it for the 1st month after cleaning but would be good to have a prod every month as a reminder.
I’d happily sign up to something like that.
