Always a pleasure
I honestly never thought I would say this after a lifetime of not visiting a dentist following severe pain inflicted when I was 15, but it is genuinely a pleasure to come to Wallingford Dental Practice. The dental care has been brilliant and I feel very comfortable and well looked after. Thank you for re-kindling my faith in dentists.

Friendly and attentive receptionists. Dentist gave plenty of advice in a language I could understand!

I had not been to the dentist for a long while due to an abusive relationship.
I had the dentist upstairs, ( I was so nervous ive forgotten her name) but she was delightful. She knew I was embarrassed about my teeth but reassured me the better journey starts now! Receptionists were very discreet and helpful as well

For dental practices, this means the Dental Nurses! The best I’ve ever come across are at Wallingford House Dental Practice - empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable and effective in surgery, as well as before and after.

Fiona is such a lovely dentist! She put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door-she listened and talked me through my treatment plan! I am a nervous patient and I’m actually looking forward to going to my next visit!

I for one have a slight fear of the dentist, but the team at the Wallingford dental practice have always made me feel right at home. The dentists procedural quality is exceptional, the bed side manner is wonderful and, unlike most other dental practises, they run on time!! The medical professionals clearly communicate what they will be doing and why they will be doing it, ensuring to always include me in the process, so I am aware of what is going on. The reception staff are pleasant and always willing to help, whatever it may be. From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave, you always feel safe and cared for. If I could give more stars I would! A genuinely positive experience every time!

I came to this dental practice for a hygienist appointment with Dr Fiona Mackay. She was brilliant and made me feel at ease. The appointment was fast and professional and my teeth feel great now.
I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone looking for piece of mind with their dental work.

I’m getting married abroad next week and broke one of my front teeth ( the last thing any bride to be wants !!) I called this morning and they were able to squeeze me in today and gave me a temporary solution very quickly. They made me feel so at ease and all the staff were so kind . Thank you!
