Dima is an excellent dentist - friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. All staff at the practice are friendly and helpful. Was surprised that appointments were already behind when I attended my appointment early this morning but I wasn't too worried as wasn't in a rush to be anywhere.

Compassion and care throughout
I am a nervous patient and unfortunately I needed an emergency filling. I was offered a next day appointment which was great. My treatment was done with consideration and care. It was just before lunchtime and I was able to have the work done without anaesthetic which was great. I was checked several times if I was in any pain so I could have had pain relief if needed. I didn't and it was great. The dentist was really friendly and showed compassion and care throughout.

Wallingford House Dental Practice - My experience
I went for a checkup with my children.
The previous dentist I had with you left, and this time we were treated by a new member of staff.
I would have liked some more feedback from the dentist about the current state of things, specifically as one of my children has some areas that need regular monitoring. Without me asking for some feedback on these areas, the new dentist wouldn’t have mentioned these at all.
The feedback from the dentist, specifically towards the children is really important as it will feed into their future behaviour around treating their teeth and showing them the thinking behind the treatment would have been very useful.
It’s just a difference between „everything is fine“ and „the teeth are nicely cleaned. It’s all fine.“
For the future, it would be great to have some more communication.

Saw Chazz for first time. I was impressed he had read all my notes and looked at my x-rays in detail beforehand so he knew what in particular he wished to check. He was thorough and clearly well-versed in implant care and made useful suggestions going forward. Thoroughly recommend.

2,45 private appointment, waited until 3 to get in
Also I have been taken off the nhs register as I have not been for 2 years !!!! How was I supposed to know this as I was not informed in any way? Will I get back in after 12 years? Or have no choice and have to pay the crazy private prices
