After an extraction last week at another branch I picked up a possible infection. Called and left a message at 17:15. Leeanne on reception called me back at 17:30 and was able to fit me in with Mahpara at 18:30! :)
Yes, rather challenging to get through to on the phone, but that aside it’s always been a fantastic and friendly service when I visit.
I almost look forward to it! ;)

The practice is excellent compared to others I’ve attended. While getting through on the phone can be frustrating at times, the overall service is very good. It can be busy, but appointments are usually easy to book when needed. The staff provide great care and customer service.
