Excellent, efficient service
Chaz and his dental nurse gave me an excellent experience. The dental nurse was smiley and welcoming which was great customer service. Chaz is relaxed, friendly and professional. I’d followed his previous advice and he was really happy with my progress - so was I! Liked the music on in the background. Excellent, efficient service. Thank you both!

My experience
The first thing which strikes me on entering the practice is its shabby, unpleasant appearance: scruffy white walls with some randomly placed advertising posters, some electric board sticking out and absolutely AWFUL cold fluorescent lighting on the ceiling. The music played on the waiting room speakers adds to already building up anxiety. (Visiting a dentist is always potentially scary). The reception desk was equally colourless and scruffy at the front. Bad image.
Whoever designed the front of the practice should be made aware of psychology and frequency of colours and sound to make one feel well and happy or quite the opposite, as it was in this case.
One would think at over £60 for 7min appointment, the owners could splash out on a fresh coat of paint, nice furniture and better lighting for the reception.
I'm glad to say, the whole staff are very nice indeed. Attentive, energetic and efficient. Thankfully.
