Fit me in at short notice
The team went above and beyond.
I had called NHS 111 and was told I needed an emergency appointment.
When I arrived at Wallingford House Dental, I was told there was an issue with the booking system, which meant that my appointment could not proceed as planned. I had travelled a long way as other local dentists were fully booked.
Leanne directed me to the Practice manager, John Xavier who went out of his way to assist. He spoke to his staff member and she agreed to fit me in at short notice. Aparna Sekhar and her team handled my appointment with professionalism and utmost care. She also prescribed the much needed medication and clearly explained next steps. Thank you team.
