Honesty and integrity
I came for an emergency check, that resulted in agreeing to a Root Canal procedure. I would like to commend your Dentist, who has been allocated to me. I am particularly impressed by her honesty and integrity in advising and subsequently performing the preliminary procedures. She even advised me that, due to the complexity of the molar root, I may need to be referred to a specialist. As an airline Pilot, I rely on 100% oral health to operate an Airbus A380. This is top notch because I can now forewarn Scheduling of a potential roster conflict.

Haven't been to the dentist in years, booked a consultation. All the staff were really friendly and the dentist herself was really good with me.
Due to space I was booked in again on the same day and had two teeth extracted.
Will definitely recommend.

Good experience
The treatment experience was good and appears to have been completed to a high standard. My one frustration is that I book an appointment at 8am so that I can do this before starting my day. For both this treatment and the prior check up there seemed to be some disorganisation at the start of the day where staff are arriving at 8am and so the appointment didn’t start until 08.15. If that is the case I would much rather be told that in advance, as otherwise having to wait around does not leave the impression that I think you would want to

Calming, thorough
I was referred as an emergency patient by my GP and was given an appointment and seen within an hour! The receptionist was outstanding, she was kind, patient and extremely calming as I was extremely anxious. The dentist was thorough and informative every step of the way.
