I leave this review based on the dentist that I have seen for my last few visits. Dima is wonderful. She makes you feel at ease; is friendly and welcoming and despite having a huge case load, always remembers her patients. When having work done, she has been gentle but effective. With my children, she is patient and understanding. I would recommend this practice and especially Dima.

My appointment was at 9.25am.
When I checked in I was not told of any delays that morning. I was not called to my appointment until 10am.
Now given the small amount of time you would have been open that morning, I am unsure how you were so behind. But to also not say anything is annoying as I only had 1 hour parking and I had other stuff to do.

The most positive experience
Very nice, gentle and positive dentist. My teeth aren't great, I know that and I haven't taken proper care of them, I know that too but this one dentist, didn't look down her nose, didn't give me any hassle, just asked how she can help me moving forward and gave me sound advice. This was the most positive experience that I have ever had with a dentist so much so that I won't wait till I feel pain and will go for check ups. For nervous patients she is the lady I would suggest.
