Very polite and professional

Only 5 minutes running late but still an apology from the dentist. Surgery was full this morning so a 5 minute wait was good. Reception was having a hard time dealing with an /annoyed lady and were very polite and professional.

A very good dentist

We were both really nervous about our check ups today as we were seeing a new dentist as Fiona, our lovely dentist, had left as she was moving house.
We didn’t need to worry though as we saw really lovely, efficient and friendly Dima and her lovely assistant who really put us both at our ease. We now feel we have a very good dentist we can feel at ease with if we have dental requirements in the future. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
