Fantastic at putting us at ease
All staff were friendly. Being nervous of going to the dentist, let alone a filling, this soon diminished. Dima was fantastic at putting us at ease and kept telling us of the procedure, as it was being carried out, hence making us feel relaxed. She also was good at listening to our concerns etc and acting on them plus she was very patient. It was a good experience.

Extremely happy with the treatment
I am an extremely nervous patient normally but thanks to my new dentist my appointment today was such a less stressful experience for me. It was not rushed and everything was clearly explained and went at a pace that I could cope with. Im extremely happy with the treatment I received today. Thank you

Such a caring dentist
All the staff were so friendly and informative. The dentist was so understanding. I’ve had bad experiences when growing up with visits to the dentist. Such a joy to be seen by such a caring dentist and her nurse. Thank you all

Contacted the practice with an emergency and was given an appointment for the same day.
The treatment received from the dentist was first class and the help from the receptionists was brilliant.

My experience
Arrived on time but long line at reception so not checked in until appointment time. Then waited 40 minutes to be seen. Not informed of delays/running late. Appt was 20 minutes but majority of the appt spent writing notes instead of productive use of time.
