Felt the whole visit was incredibly rushed and not personal at all.
I felt the need to ask the dentist about what she thought of the condition of my teeth as she was forthcoming.
I am petrified of dentists and didn't feel reassured or welcomed.

I have been to see Chaz this morning, he was as always professional, excellent at his job and carried out a thorough examination of my mouth and glands prior to cleaning my teeth, worth every penny, they feel so much better

My experience
Clinic running nearly 40 mins late despite first appointment. I’m sure the dentist I saw is lovely but unfortunately comes across as having a poor attitude, like they did not want to be there / dismissive. The receptionist was very professional and lovely.
