Gentle, calm
My dentist has rebuilt my confidence in my ability to cope with dental treatment and she is unfailingly calm, reassuring and competent. I no longer dread having to visit. Also the young lady hygienist is gentle, calm and very patient

Charming and very efficient
Fiona is always charming and very efficient. The hygienist (Chazz?) was exceptional at explaining to me about gum desease and showing me my ex rays. He also took time to show me how to try to prevent further deterioration. I would have liked to have seen the ex ray last time and more detail.

The appointment was at 09:40 and I arrived at 09:38 having driven through foul stormy weather to get there, soaked but on time. Called into surgery at 10:05, 25 minutes late and presumably at the start time for the next patient. I was parked 10+ minutes walk from the surgery which meant I only had less than 25 minutes for my treatment to avoid parking penalties. Not within acceptable slippage time from the appointment time.
