We are sorry you had to wait 30 minutes for your appointment. Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes due to various reasons within dentistry. An emergency appointment which needed to be treated straight away in order to stop our patient from being in pain.

Wallingford House Dental Practice
The hard working, always busy receptionist was friendly and helpful, and asked me pertinent questions about what I needed an emergency appointment for - was the problem tooth/teeth bleeding? etc. and organised someone to see me. The dentist and her assistant investigated and took x rays- the machine was 'temperamental' at one point so they took several which finally revealed that I have multiple issues which will need sorting out-including an infection. So they proceeded to explain what I need to do in the near future in terms of appointments /treatments, and prescribed medication for the infection-checking that I don't have any allergies, etc. I think they gave me approximately three quarters of an hour of their time by the time they'd 'sorted me out'. All for twenty seven pounds! (As an NHS patient, bargain) And a follow up appointment booked for February.

I was thrilled that no sooner had a sat down in the waiting room when I was called to go through to the dentist. The dentist made me feel welcome and relaxed, asked a few questions, did the examination/check up and I was done. Excellent service, from receptionist to dentist.
