Friendly and Reassuring

My experience
The new reception lady Holly is lovely, super friendly on arrival.
There was an assistant however that seemed to be having a bad day, very sassy and eye rolls a lot, which was a bit off putting.
The dentist and her assistant that saw me were incredible, so accommodation to my dentist anxiety. My fears are slowly but surely calming down.

Could not have been better
Absolutely incredible. Fiona was kind and gentle and knew I had some anxieties so she put some of my favourite music on from my favourite band to calm my nerves. She could not have been better. And the nurse who was assisting her Niamh was also very gentle and kind and welcoming.
