Check on teeth and gums

6 month Check up appointment. Receptionist polite and friendly on my arrival. Dentist greeting warm and introduced me to her assistant. Check on teeth and gums, xrays taken. Advice given on flossing.

The hygienist was very open and explained everything very well. Good advice given.
The nurse was very good and knowledgeable, taking care I didn't choke etc.

My experience

Although the procedure was ok, it was a real struggle to understand the hygienist. I left not having a clue what she said for future treatments and protection.
Also, very expensive for 15 mins. £73.00!!

General courtesies make all the difference!
At the end of the day, people just want to feel confident in the people around them and to know they are getting the best possible help.
I can actually say it’s a pleasure to come to this practice.
