Very poor customer care, my mum has Alzheimer’s and was talked down to as was her carer in an aggressive fashion, with implications that the carers weren’t doing their job and asking complicated questions of my mum that she was not able to answer

On arrival, Receptionist very polite, helpful and efficient.
Our ( my Wife and I) Dentist is Dima Ghani who is an excellent dentist.
Dima puts you at ease and is always so bright, positive and professional.

Had my first appointment today and was blown away by the care here! The reception staff were empathetic and absolutely brilliant multi taskers, really showing how effectively you can handle lots of people while making them all feel valued!
I saw Dentist Dragos, and he was absolutely amazing. He gave me excellent care, picked up on issues before I’d brought them up, had read my notes before I got to the treatment room, and very clearly knew his stuff! He was warm, welcoming and just lovely!
I am just sad I didn’t join this dentist practice earlier. Thoroughly recommend!

I had an appointment first with Chazz for hygiene and secondly Dima the dentist, I have gum disease and need a lot of advice and treatment, as always they are so friendly and helpful, every time I walk out feeling happy with my visit.
